I will try to state a likely range of estimates for my fees
in a particular case, but the amount of my fees will be
most greatly influenced by the amount of time I
devote to representing a client's interests. The
ultimate amount of my fee is subject to variables
which often are only revealed as a case progresses.
I make every reasonable effort to respond to
telephone messages, voice messages and e-mails on
the day received, and at least within 24 hours.
It is important to me that my clients understand Court
procedures that apply to their cases and the factors
and considerations that are likely to influence the
Judge's decisions in their cases. I am happy to spend
the extra time to discuss these things with my clients.
